Return Policy
Damaged, Defective or Mislabeled Items
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@withloveapparel.co within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). To avoid this situation, please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address when placing your order.
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the production facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Buyer’s Remorse and Wrong Size
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
To be eligible for an exchange due to wrong size, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in within 15 days of purchase. Unfortunately after 15 days, we are unable to process any exchanges.

Once your exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange and tracking information for the exchanged item back to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
